Led by Dr. Monique, a licensed clinician known for her integrity, clinical depth, cultural responsiveness, and unapologetic authenticity, Key Rose, LLC offers consultative, evaluative, and event-based services for those navigating complex personal, relational, or systemic challenges.

Dr. Monique holds licensure in Arizona, Florida, Nevada, and Wisconsin and brings a rich blend of professional expertise and lived experience into every project, session, and collaboration.

I created Key Rose, LLC to be the kind of practice I wished existed—one rooted in real connection, radical honesty, and the freedom to show up fully human (yes, even on the days you feel like life just hit you with a chancla). These days, my work focuses less on ongoing therapy and more on high-impact offerings: trauma-informed evaluations, curated event presence, and deep-dive consults that meet people in pivotal moments. My work is guided by both clinical wisdom and lived experience, and it’s an honor to walk alongside those doing the brave work of becoming.
