Effective June 2025, the practice will shift in the following ways:

🌐 Primarily Virtual, Intentionally Accessible

Key Rose LLC will now operate primarily through virtual sessions, offering clients greater flexibility and access to trauma-informed care from wherever they are. This transition supports busy professionals, caregivers, and creatives who benefit from the convenience and consistency of trusted online guidance.

In-person services will remain available for event-based offerings only, such as intensives, retreats, workshops, or curated group sessions.

🎯 Refined Focus on Aligned Clientele

Dr. Monique is narrowing her clinical focus to better serve the communities and individuals most aligned with her expertise and values. Key Rose LLC will now prioritize:

• Professionals in the adult industry (including FSSW, in and out of Pineapple Support) seeking nonjudgmental, trauma-informed mental and behavioral health care.

• Individuals and couples involved in immigration proceedings, in need of personalized evaluations tailored to support their legal process with clinical integrity and cultural sensitivity.

• Clients requiring limited forensic services, often court-ordered, including anger management, substance use, chemical dependency, and comprehensive mental health assessments or evaluations.

• Clients and professionals (yes, interns—you’re welcome here) seeking premium, personalized support through specialized training, supervision, mentorship, or collaborative sessions focused on clarity, mindset shifts, and strategic action toward personal or professional growth.

This refined model allows Dr. Monique to remain fully present with the clients she is most aligned to serve, creating deeper impact and honoring her values of intentionality, sacred space, and clinical excellence.
